Custom design service is about creating a specific item to your needs, wants and functionality. For this service we work hand-in-hand with our associating local business, Javanese Collection (J C) who will be able to offer the design service aspect and where necessary calls upon CFG to assist, ensuring to deliver the clients’ design.
From our past work with Javanese Collection, we see that almost anything is possible as long as the client understand and know what they want and are willing to explore & step out beyond that dream.
From a dream to paper to manufacture then becomes reality, having the design custom-made by CFG you are guarantee that only selected reclaimed aged-teak of top quality is used and workmanship is second to none. In the process CFG utilises high-quality materials such as: Original Aged Teak, Reclaimed Teak, River Stone, Lava Stone, Marble, and Petrified Wood & Wrought-Iron for either Indoor or Outdoor.
CFG will work with JC or any other designers to assist in cost & time saving where possible.
We do not exchange or refund any items that have been specifically manufactured as a one-off order as requested by the client. Classic Furniture Gallery requires a minimum of 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the final payment upon the packing of the container. We always try our very best to deliver orders on time, however if due to uncontrollable circumstances there are any delays we will endeavour to do our upmost to resolve such.
