Classic Furniture Gallery lay-by terms and conditions:
- Minimum Lay-by amount is $100.
- Lay-by period will vary according to the lay-by amount.
- A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase value is required to be paid initially.
- A cancellation/termination charge on a lay-by transaction is 20% for Administration Cost of the total purchase value of the lay-by.
- No returns or exchanges on lay-by items. Only faulty goods can be exchanged within a reasonable time (within 7 days) of accepting the item/s.
- Where the client cancels the lay-by within the offered period & before accepting the item/s, they have the right to have all amounts paid refunded – less the 20% cancellation/termination charge.
- Where the company “CFG” cancels the lay-by for any reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid.
- The cancellation/termination charge is relating to compensating the company for administration cost, storage & re-merchandising.
- Lay-by item/s are still rightfully owned by the company (CFG) until the total purchase amount of the lay-by has been PAID IN FULL.
- Lay-by item/s are not to be altered or change until the total purchase amount has been PAID IN FULL.
- Pick-Up or delivery of any lay-by item/s must be organised with CFG staff, notify the store at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Lay-by payments can be made via the following options:
- Cash (in-store)
- Debit Card (in-store)
- Bank Transfer (Details will be provided upon request)
- Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
