Display Unit was originally a “Lumpung” same as “Lesung” as its traditionally called and was once used as a wooden mortar. Combine this with the use of a pestle rice are crushed into flour and prepare dough for making bread. Overtime, the teak slowly eroded creating beautiful aged teak character, the redesign for this piece was minimal inorder to keep its beauty.
